    Lot Reservation:
    The first step is finding the right location. Available lots in several neighborhoods across central Minnesota have been chosen with wide-open spaces in mind. If these options don’t suit your needs or you already own a lot, we’re happy to build elsewhere.

    Design Meeting:
    We’ll discuss your ideas, dreams, and needs for your home. Once the concept begins to take shape, we’ll draw your home plans by hand.

    Receive pre-approval from Hanson Builders preferred lender.

    Sign Design-Build Agreement.

    Design Confirmation:
    We’ll finalize your home design and create digital plans.

  • Price It.

    Typically completed in 30 days

    Pricing Proposal Meeting: Review proposal before meeting.

    Pricing Proposal updates will be sent via email or phone.

    Purchase Agreement: Preview and sign electronically.

  • Review it.

    Plan Review Meeting:
    We’ll discuss our design and build plans to make sure everything is to your liking.

    Low Voltage and Electrical Meeting:
    Plan wiring and outlet locations.

    Design Center Selection Meeting:
    Go over details and finishing touches.

    Close on construction loan (remainder of down payment is due).

  • Build it.

    Typically completed in 200 days

    Dig Date: Break ground.

    Complete electrical walk-through with job supervisor.

    Building process begins.
